plague of worms
surely thou receives their will
cleric of decay
lynx bone in my hand
to guide the way
draw the soul of prey
maitreya arrive
satyug revive
on the prowl
with the primal seven
pathogen of form and void
you are the son
new inward howl
see how the dread flow anew
up the mountainside
by the struggle itself
leave behind the modern world
you are the sin
loom in the tide
climb i am still in the tomb
velvet in the storm
are you my redeemer
brush the leeches from my hair
palms trickle oil
flames to the swarm
birthed in the holy pyre
ash sanctifier
man in the snow
have you desire
have you the howl
echoes of your kiss
druid of the peaks
evocate a self
make the mountain shriek
majesty abound
on the mount of anguish
progeny of uhluhtc
what have you seen
rise cosmic hound
speak if we're all just falling
Ἡ εἰκών was an impressive debut, but way too short! Luckily, Ψευδομένη arrives to satisfy the urge for more of what made its precedessor hit hard and fast: some atmospheric moments (don't be deterred as this is still brutal, dissonant and disgusting to the core) and at the same time, J.L. is exploring longer tracks - e.g. my personal favourite - and implementing some cavernous lows. If there's one thing we can all agree on, it's most likely that this man refuses to stand still. What a pace! David Fischer
Swirling guitars, furious drums, vocals that at the same time howl from infinite distance and are right up in your head; everything put into dissonant form with the help of unconventional songwriting. This album is my personal key to the icelanding black metal madness that I've ignored for way too long! Lukas Kaufmann
